FAR CORNERS ADVENTURES is owned and operated by Captain Darrell Johnson, a full-time professional guide with a deep passion for fishing. Darrell has been married for 30 years and has three beautiful daughters. He’s an avid sportsman. On days off, you’ll find Darrell hunting or surfing local spots. When you charter with Far Corners, you are not chartering some large, multiple boat company with hired captains more worried about profits than your quality of experience. You will be fishing with Captain Darrell, who prides himself in making every effort to see that you have a great experience and leave wanting to come fishing with him year after year. He wants you to leave his boat knowing that he did everything he could to make your time with him on the water enjoyable and a memory you will cherish for a lifetime.

Captain/Owner with over 30 years of fishing experience and numerous tournament victories, Captain Darrell Johnson has a US COAST GUARD 50 Ton Master Near Coastal License, is CPR and First Aid certified.

Darrell is a highly skilled professional fly fishing guide with nearly 30 years of experience fishing the rivers on the Olympic Peninsula.  With the amount of time he spends on the water, he can pass on years of knowledge to help you not only catch fish, but increase your ability as an angler no matter what your skill level.  Fishing out of custom drift boats and rafts specially designed for fly fishing, he uses specialized techiniques and the most innovated tackle available.
